We are committed to handling your data with care and in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

We collect only the personal data necessary to respond to enquiries and administer programme enrolment. This includes:

  • Contact information: Name, email address, and telephone number (if provided).
  • Enquiry content: The message or questions you submit through our contact form.
  • Programme enrolment details: If you enrol, we may collect information needed to administer your participation.
  • Technical data: Cookies, IP address, browser type, and pages visited — collected through website analytics services (see Section 5).

We do not collect financial account information, pension account numbers, or any sensitive personal data as part of our educational service delivery.

2. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data on the following bases under the PDPA:

  • Consent: When you submit the contact form, you consent to us using your details to respond.
  • Contract performance: When you enrol in a programme, we process data to administer that enrolment.
  • Legitimate interests: For website analytics to understand how our site is used and improve it.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To respond to enquiries and answer questions about our programmes.
  • To administer enrolment in and delivery of programmes you have registered for.
  • To send information updates to Complete Literacy Course participants as part of the programme.
  • To send relevant information about our programmes if you have consented to receive it.
  • To improve our website and content using aggregated analytics data.
  • To comply with legal obligations under Thai law.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell your data to any third party.

4. Data Retention

Enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months from the date of receipt, or for the duration of any subsequent programme enrolment, whichever is longer. Enrolment records are retained for up to 3 years after the programme conclusion for administrative purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
