Pensara provides educational and informational programmes relating to later-life planning, pension literacy, and document organisation. Our programmes are designed to help participants understand publicly available information about retirement planning topics.

All content — whether delivered in sessions, written materials, or through our website — is provided for general educational purposes only. It does not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, personal financial, legal, or tax advice. Participants are encouraged to seek qualified professional guidance for their individual circumstances.

Our programmes are intended for adults aged 18 years and over. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction of residence.

Registration for a programme is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Pensara reserves the right to decline or cancel a registration where programme capacity is reached or where these terms have not been met.

Programme details, including dates, times, and venue (where applicable), will be confirmed to you by email following successful registration. It is your responsibility to ensure the contact information you provide is accurate.

Programme fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are as follows:

All fees are due in full at the time of registration unless alternative arrangements are confirmed in writing by Pensara. Fees are subject to change; the fee applicable to your registration is that stated at the time of booking.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

• More than 14 days before the programme start date: A full refund will be issued, less any payment processing charges incurred.
• 7 to 14 days before the programme start date: A 50% refund of the programme fee will be issued.
• Fewer than 7 days before the programme start date: No refund is available; however, you may transfer your place to another person with prior written notice to Pensara.
• After the programme has commenced: No refund is available for any portion of the programme not attended.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 working days.

Pensara reserves the right to reschedule, modify the content of, or cancel a programme if circumstances require. In the event of a cancellation by Pensara, registered participants will receive a full refund. In the event of a significant rescheduling, we will contact you and offer an alternative date or a full refund at your discretion. We will not be liable for any ancillary costs (such as travel or accommodation) arising from a programme change.

All materials provided as part of our programmes — including printed checklists, templates, module content, and reading lists — are the intellectual property of Pensara. They are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share programme materials with third parties without prior written consent from Pensara.

Participants are expected to engage with sessions respectfully and constructively. Pensara reserves the right to remove a participant from a programme without refund where conduct is disruptive or inappropriate. Discussion group access, where included, is subject to the same standard of conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law:

• Pensara provides all programmes and materials on an informational basis only. We make no representation that the content is current, complete, or applicable to any individual's personal circumstances.
• Pensara is not liable for any financial, legal, or other decisions made by participants on the basis of programme content.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from participation in a programme is limited to the fee paid for that programme.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By registering for a programme, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

Access to our website is provided for general informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep website content accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors. You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its function.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or your participation in a Pensara programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or registration for a programme after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
